This Privacy Policy describes how IA Soluções (Tax ID/CNPJ 51.083.181/0001-06), hereinafter "IA Soluções", "we" or "our", collects, uses, stores and protects information when providing its corporate website and platforms, including DialogOps (available at https://wa.me/558000131415).
By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this document. We process personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
1. Data we collect
- Account and registration data: name, email, phone and organization data provided when creating or using an account.
- Usage data: access logs, IP address, browser, pages visited and interactions with the platform.
- Support content: messages, media and contacts handled inside DialogOps, under the responsibility of the customer operating the account.
- Connected provider data: when you connect an external calendar (Google or Microsoft), we access only the data strictly necessary for the scheduling feature.
2. How we use data
- Operate, maintain and improve our services and platforms;
- Authenticate users and protect accounts against unauthorized access;
- Provide features such as scheduling, automations and reports;
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
- Send operational, security and support notices.
3. Google user data (Google API Services)
When you connect your Google account to DialogOps, we request your authorization (OAuth) only for the scopes required by the calendar feature:
calendar.events— create, update and cancel events you schedule through the platform;calendar.freebusy— check your free/busy times to offer real availability;openid,email,profile— identify the connected account.
Limited Use. IA Soluções' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, do not sell it and do not share it with third parties, except when strictly necessary to provide or improve the calendar feature, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent. We do not use this data to train generalized AI models.
You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the calendar in the platform itself or on your Google Account permissions page.
4. Microsoft user data
Likewise, when you connect a Microsoft account (Outlook/Microsoft 365), we request authorization only to read your availability and create/edit calendar events (including Teams meetings when you choose to). We do not use this data for advertising nor sell it to third parties. You can revoke access by disconnecting the calendar in the platform or in your Microsoft account settings.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:
- Infrastructure and service providers that enable operation (e.g., cloud hosting, message delivery), under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities, when required by law or court order;
- Third parties you authorize, with your consent.
6. Security and retention
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as credential encryption and access controls. Connected provider tokens are stored encrypted. We retain data only for as long as necessary for the described purposes or as required by law.
7. Your rights (LGPD)

We use essential cookies for authentication and service operation, and we may use measurement cookies to improve the experience. You can manage them in your browser settings.
